The Opportunity
Were hiring a Commercial Lines Account Executive who thrives in a clientfirst environment and is eager to grow with a company that values modern workflows process consistency and deep client relationships.
What You Bring to the Table
ClientCentered and ProcessMinded: Youll deliver personalized service while working within structured systems tailored to our approach.
Proactive and Accountable: Youre selfmotivated and take ownership of your book of business.
Licensed and Experienced: 13 years of commercial insurance experience with an active P&C license is required.
TechSavvy and DetailOriented: Comfortable navigating tools like Google Workspace Excel and Outlook.
What Youll Be Doing
Manage existing client accounts handling renewals endorsements and service requests
Respond to client and prospect inquiries by phone email or in person
Review policy terms to ensure coverage meets client needs and identify potential gaps
Work with carriers to secure quotes and advocate for favorable terms
