The Senior Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in the administrative business operations support for the Drug Development Portfolio & Program Management organization. The successful candidate will work closely with the business operations team to ensure administrative assignments are running smoothly and efficiently. This position requires excellent organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the portfolio & program management organization.
Assist in planning organizing activities ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
Coordinate meetings prepare agendas summarize meetings and track action items.
Support congress management planning and registrations for drug development
Maintain project documentation including plans contracts and reports ensuring they are uptodate and accessible.
Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
Manage project budgets track expenses and assist in financial reporting.
Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
Develop and maintain project tracking tools and dashboards.
May support travel arrangements and expense reports.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Science; Project Management certification a plus but not required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination or a similar administrative role including experience inthe pharmaceutical industry
Concur Travel and T&E Ariba/SAP SharePoint Workday Room Scheduler experience strongly desired.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook. Teams) and project management software required.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Exceptional attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
Maintains a positive attitude a high level of productivity adaptable to change able to learn new tools and systems in an everevolving environment.
Strong written and oral communication skills and demonstratedability to interact directly and productively with team membersand management
