Job Description

Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Location: Hampstead NH
Schedule:
  • Fulltime 40 hours/week (32 clinical 8 admin) 100% onsite
  • 7am 5pm (Monday Friday)
  • No nights weekends or oncall

Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a compassionate and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join their Hampsteadbased team. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing a full patient panel independently and thrives in a supportive teambased setting focused on longterm wellness.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary up to $140000 (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages
  • Emphasize preventive care chronic disease management and longterm wellness
  • Manage a full panel of patients independently with clinical autonomy
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to coordinate highquality outcomes
  • Utilize eClinicalWorks (eCW) EHR for documentation and care coordination
  • Maintain current licensure and DEA/controlled substance registration

Qualifications:

  • Boardcertified FNP or PA
  • Licensed (or licenseeligible) in New Hampshire
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in primary care or family medicine
  • Strong clinical judgment with a proactive approach to preventive care
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with eCW preferred
  • Active or eligible DEA and Controlled Substance license
