Job Summary
This position supervises trains develops and holds workgroups responsible for safety production and attendance. He/She sets and maintains high standards for account productivity accuracy customer service organization communication cooperation and safety. This position provides innovative and effective leadership and cultivates a functional working relationship with all levels of personnel throughout the organization.

Basic Qualifications:
Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S. an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $25.70/hr to $41.80/hr. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and education/training and a candidates work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual shortterm and/or longterm incentive compensation programs subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including but not limited to individual performance business unit performance and/or the companys performance.
