MB Attorney Search has been exclusively retained by a nationally respected plaintiffs law firm to recruit two dynamic Litigation Attorneys to join its expanding Class Action Practice.
About the Opportunity
A prominent plaintiffs firm with deep roots in consumer class action litigation is growing its litigation team due to a significant increase in complex casework. The firm seeks two attorneys:
A midlevel associate (37 years) who can independently manage a line of class action cases; and
A junior associate (25 years) who will receive handson training and mentorship while contributing meaningfully to the litigation team.

Ideal Background
MidLevel Associate:
37 years of litigation experience (consumer class action or other plaintiffs work preferred)
Proven ability to manage case files draft briefs coordinate with cocounsel and lead strategy discussions
Comfortable running a docket with minimal supervision
Experience handling discovery depositions and court filings
Strong writing skills and ability to offer practical solutions
Junior Associate:
25 years of litigation experience
Eager to learn class action practice from seasoned litigators
Excellent research and writing skills
Strong work ethic attention to detail and organizational capability
Growth mindset and ability to take feedback constructively
The Work
This is volumebased class action litigation with real teeth. Attorneys may work on:
Data breach financial services and deceptive trade practices cases
Coordinating with cocounsel across jurisdictions
Managing multiple cases with fastmoving timelines
Preparing for mediations hearings and trials
