TMD Staffing is looking to hirean admin assistantintheBaytownTexas area!
Cold Storage Warehouse
Tasks:
Oversee all customer service communication
Communicate with other departmentsregardingany needs and shipment status.
Oversee Supply chainprocessesincluding inventory and transportation shipments
Coordinate with Control Tower for late arrivals no shows and reschedules.
Serve as point of contact for customersregardinglogisticsissues
Requirements:
Attention to detail and ability to accurately handle data
Basic computer skills andproficiencywith warehouse management systems excel and outlook
Good communicationand organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in Logistics chain of process
PAY RATE
$18.00per hour
SCHEDULE
8:00am 5:00 pm or 7am: 4:30pm
