Job Description

JOB OVERVIEW:

Are you a natural leader with a passion for parks conservation and team development Were seeking a Parks and Fleet Supervisor to oversee a dedicated team responsible for the maintenance and improvement of park sites facilities vehicles equipment and conservation areas managed by the Conservation District. This vital role involves handson leadership project coordination and daily management to ensure our parks remain safe functional and welcoming for all visitors. If you have supervisory experience and a passion for outdoor spaces this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.


The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in planning organizing assigning and reviewing the work of a large team engaged in a variety of maintenance and operational management tasks. Bachelors degree (B.A./B.S.) from fouryear college or university in recreation and park management or a related field in the profession; a minimum of five (5) years related experience in progressively responsible parks and grounds maintenance experience and three (3) years of supervisor experience; or equivalent combination of education training and experience.


CLOSING DATE: 6/04/2025


SALARY: $72334$90418 (DOQ)
