You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs the Project Manager R&D you will play a key role in supporting Strykers Emergency Care Division Program Management Office (PMO). You will lead crossfunctional engineering teams in the planning coordination and execution of sustaining and line extension projects for medical devices. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time within scope and budget and in alignment with product cost and quality targets.

You must live within commuting distance of our Redmond WA office. This is a hybrid role onsite Monday through Wednesday with remote flexibility Thursday and Friday.
Lead the team in developing the project charter and management plan; direct manage monitor and control project activities.
Meet with project stakeholders to understand and refine project scope; create a detailed Work Breakdown Structure.
Develop and manage the detailed project Gantt chart; analyze the critical path and major workstreams.
Collaborate with the supervisor and/or project PM to establish the subproject budget; monitor and maintain costs within budget.
Partner with the project team to create and maintain project Quality Plans using quality planning tools and techniques.
Develop a risk management plan for the project; identify analyze and respond to project risks.
Estimate acquire and assign project team resources; define roles responsibilities and deliverables for each team member.
Build successful working relationships with internal and external personnel; understand and apply quality systems.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors of Science Degree in Engineering or related discipline
Minimum 4 years of related work experience in R&D and Project Management
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification
Experience with electromechanical device development
Experience working in regulated industries such as medical devices healthcare automotive or aerospace
$100700.00 $165100.00 salary plus bonus eligible benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills experience and other relevant factors.
