PSEG operates under a Flexible Work Model where flexible work is offered when job requirements allow. In support of this model roles have been categorized into one of four work location categories:
Onsite are roles that have specific onsite requirements and are typically onsite daily.
Hybrid fixed are roles that are a blend of onsite work/inperson interactions with some ability to work remotely and require employees to live within a commutable distance and be onsite fixed days each week.
Hybrid flexible are roles that can be performed remotely but require some level of onsite work/inperson interactions on a regular basis require employees to live within a commutable distance and since business needs vary by position and may change over time managers will set expectations and flexibility regarding where and when work is performed.
Fully remote are roles that can be performed remotely require employees to live in approved states and will have purposedriven inperson interactions on occasion.

Reporting to the Executive Vice President and General Counsel the Deputy General Counsel Corporate and Commercial is responsible for leading the Corporate Securities and Commercial functions of PSEGs Legal Department. This position will lead a team of attorneys and paralegals responsible for all legal aspects of (1) securities law and disclosure matters including periodic and current SEC reporting and the Companys quarterly earnings calls (2) M&A joint ventures and other significant transactions (3) commercial contracts and procurement activities across the Enterprise and (4) corporate financings including credit facilities and securities offerings.
This position manages outside counsel for major transactions and SEC matters as well as seconded attorneys dedicated to major projects.
Corporate and Securities Counsel Group
Leads legal support for periodic and current SEC reporting including 10K 10Q and 8K filings and the Proxy Statement as well as the Companys quarterly earnings calls.
Oversees compliance with federal securities law on all disclosure and other matters for the Enterprise.
Leads legal support for all corporate financings including credit facilities equity and debt issuances and share repurchase programs.
Primary legal advisor for Investor Relations External Communications Accounting Treasury Tax and ESG functions within PSEG.
Collaborates with the Office of Corporate Secretary on corporate governance matters.
Commercial Counsel Group
Oversees legal support on M&A joint venture and other significant transactions for the Enterprise.
Leads legal support for all commercial transactions across the Enterprise including contracts for electric gas and nuclear construction equipment and materials IT projects products and services and HR projects and services.
Primary legal advisor for all matters handled by the corporate development group including M&A and joint venture opportunities nuclear growth projects and transmission projects.
Leads legal support for all procurement matters across the company including RFPs contract management supplier performance management and third party risk management.

For all roles PSEGs drug and alcohol testing program includes preemployment testing testing for cause and postincident/accident testing. For employees in federally regulated roles (including positions covered by USDOT PHMSA or NRC regulations) this also includes random testing. Although numerous states throughout the country have legalized marijuana/cannabis products recreationally and/or medically it is prohibited for employees in federally regulated roles. Employees who are hired or transfer into a federally regulated role are subject to drug and alcohol testing inclusive of marijuana.
