Job Title: Assistant Professor
Department: Biology
Provide a brief statement of the position duties: Teach a range of undergraduate and graduate courses in human anatomy & physiology animal physiology introductory biology and courses in their specialty. Establish an active research program supervise MS thesis research and lead preveterinary medicine program.
Required Education:
PhD or equivalent terminal degree (or foreign equivalent)
Discipline/Degree Area:
Physiology Life Sciences or closely related field from an accredited institution.
Required Specialized Training/Certifications:
Must also have record of peerreviewed publication record of successful grant writing and experience mentoring undergraduate students.
Required Minimum Work Experience:
One (1) month of universitylevel teaching experience in one or more of the following courses is required: human anatomy and physiology animal physiology or introductory biology.
