Job Description
Vanguard College Preparatory School in Waco TX is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Music Program Coordinator to join our faculty. This position is responsible for teaching middle and high school orchestra including a string and wind ensemble and coordinating other ensembles such as percussion ensemble and choir. This can be a parttime or fulltime position depending on skill set and availability. The ideal candidate works well as part of a team and utilizes best practices in a creative and practicebased learning environment with an emphasis on developing curiosity and musicianship in students. Benefits and competitive pay are included in compensation. Opportunities to coach chamber music or participate in other extracurricular activities outside of orchestra are also available. Position Begins: August 1 2025
