Overview:
We are seeking a Board Certified/Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a dynamic outpatient practice in New Haven Connecticut. This fulltime permanent opportunity offers a collaborative care environment modern facilities and a strong focus on preventive and primary care. Ideal for physicians passionate about building longterm patient relationships and working in a diverse community.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages
Conduct routine physical exams manage chronic diseases and perform minor procedures
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated care
Promote preventive care and wellness education
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system
Participate in community outreach and health initiatives as needed
Requirements:
MD or DO degree
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Active or eligible Connecticut medical license
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to providing compassionate patientcentered care
