Taylor Hospitality is seeking an experienced and passionate Director of Food and Beverage Operations to oversee and elevate the guest experience at the Institute for Advanced Learning and Research (IALR). As Director of Food and Beverage Operations you will lead the daytoday operations of frontofhouse banquet services and work in tandem with the culinary team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a seamless highquality dining experience for all guests while achieving operational efficiency and strong financial performance.
Lead and manage the Food and Beverage team including frontofhouse banquet operations and support for culinary operations.
Recruit train and supervise staff to deliver exceptional service and hospitality.
Monitor daily operations ensuring alignment with Taylor Hospitalitys quality standards.
Develop and manage department budgets scheduling and payroll.
Oversee the cleanliness safety and compliance of all food service areas.
Implement and uphold food safety purchasing and HR policies.
Foster relationships with vendors contractors and community stakeholders.
Represent Taylor Hospitality and IALR in a professional and welcoming manner.
Collaborate closely with Taylor Hospitalitys leadership team to maintain operational excellence.
Proven success in food and beverage operations leadership.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in technology and business software tools.
Keen attention to detail and a selfstarter mindset.
Ability to work in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
Knowledge of local state and federal health and safety regulations.
