We are hiring an EXPERIENCED detail orientated Administrative Assistant for a local production and manufacturing company. This is a growing company and great for someone looking for an admin career in this field. Duties include
- Build relationships with vendors and communicate professionally
- Schedule and oversee the daily production activities to ensure manufacturing goals are met efficiently and on time
- Ensure timely delivery of products by closely monitoring vendor performance and addressing any issues promptly
- Facilitate communication between production teams and upper management reporting on progress challenges and potential delays
- Placing orders for materials and scheduling deliveries
- Assisting with Accounts payable and receivables
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a drug and background screening
- Must be able to navigate a computer and work through different systems
- HS diploma or GED is required related degree is a plus
- Must be detail orientated and able to handle multiple tasks
- Experience in AP/AR is a plus but not required for someone who is trainable and a quick learner
4+ years of experience as an office administrator or similar role HR and/or accounting experience is a plus Must be able to pass drug and background screening
