Job Description

Were looking for a customerobsessed technically savvy Ad Tech Product Specialist with digital advertising experience to help us scale a fastgrowing advertising solution that our Buy with Prime (DTC) merchants love. In this role youll work directly with our customers and digital ad agency partners building trafficdriving plans that help them take full advantage of our newest Amazon DTC advertising solutions implementing tracking solutions and presenting strategic expansion and optimization opportunities.

The Buy with Prime and MultiChannel Fulfillment team builds commerce services to support merchants in growing their direct to consumer (DTC) eCommerce businesses. Our flagship product to address this opportunity is Buy with Prime (BwP) to enable the Prime experience (fast free delivery and easy returns) and easy checkout using their Amazon wallet on merchant sites. Prime members love having more places with more selection to use their membership and merchants love how BwP helps them grow their business.

A core growing part of the Buy with Prime value proposition is trafficdriving i.e. building new advertising solutions to help our merchant customers reach purchaseready Amazon shoppers. Our Ad Tech Product Specialists are on the front lines of building out this exciting new business within Amazon and Buy with Prime.

This role is customer facing where youll interact with merchants and agencies through campaign pitch > strategy > launch > optimization > renewal cycles.

Key job responsibilities
Develop a thorough understanding of Amazon Ads solutions including Amazon DSP Amazon Ad Tag Amazon Marketing Cloud
Onboard DTC merchants and their agencies to Amazon Ads solutions including building campaign strategies helping implement Amazon Ad Tags and sharing best practices
Analyze campaign data and work with customers to make strategic recommendations and help implement campaign and creative optimizations
Report to our leadership team on merchant and campaign performance
Work crossfunctionally across sales marketing and tech to ensure we are exceeding merchant expectations
Partner with sales reps on advancing opps to launch

A day in the life
Youll work directly with some of Buy with Primes most important merchant customers with a primary goal to make them as successful as possible with our trafficdriving solutions. This includes:
Maintaining a broad and indepth knowledge and understanding of advertising best practices and technologies
Accelerate customer adoption through education and enablement
Collaborating with customers in identifying and prioritizing strategic initiatives
Helping shape the Ad Tech Product Specialist function including defining and implementing new processes methodologies and tools
Being a thought leader across Amazon organizations to knowledge share on success mechanisms educate crossfunctional teams and leverage and impact new industry trends

5 years of consulting program and/or product management experience including working directly with customers analyzing data making strategic recommendations and diving into and resolving technical issues as needed
13 years of digital advertising experience including creating campaigns optimizing campaign performance and websites/landing pages and launching creative
Bachelors degree or equivalent


Experience with data analysis tools like SQL
Strong written and verbal communication
Consulting and/or digital ad agency experience
Graduate degree or equivalent

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $118200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $204300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
