POSITION TITLE: District Graphic Designer/Executive Assistant/Art Teacher

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Graphic Designer
- Work on a wide range of projects and media using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals
- Obtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations express ideas accurately and represent the company or client appropriately
- Work independently as well as cooperatively with marketing team to meet deadlines stay within budget and schedule project implementation based on workload which may include five or more simultaneous projects
- Examine existing processes identify flaws and create solutions that improve design capabilities
- Update and maintain internal databases for designs photography and video
Executive Assistant
- Provide administrative and clerical support to departments or individuals.
- Previous experience working in Human Resources.
- Schedule meetings and arrange conference rooms.
- Alert manager about cancelations or new meetings.
- Manage travel and schedule.
- Handle information requests.
- Prepare correspondence and stuff mail into envelopes.
- Arrange for outgoing mail and packages to be picked up.
- Prepare statistical reports.
- Manage spreadsheets.
- Prepare confidential and sensitive documents.
- Coordinates office management activities.
- Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly.
- Prepare agenda for meetings.
- Takes and transcribes dictation.
- Maintain office procedures.
- Coordinate travel arrangements; prepares itineraries; prepares compiles and maintains travel vouchers and records.
- Operate office equipment such as photocopy machine and scanner.
- Coordinate committees and task forces.
- Relay directives instructions and assignment to executives.
- Receive and relay telephone messages.
- Direct the general public to the appropriate staff member.
- Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
Teacher
- Participate in curriculum review and design.
- Implement a variety of effective instructional strategies consistent with lesson objectives.
- Diagnose and evaluates student abilities and progress in a timely and consistent manner.
- Monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
- Plan a program of study that meets the individual needs interests and abilities of the students.
- Create a classroom environment that is conducive to learning.
- Assess the accomplishments of students on a regular basis and provide progress reports as required.
- Refer students for alternative services as provided by the District (ESL Reading Special Reading).
- Effectively implement district initiatives.
- Effectively collaborate with department and grade level teachers.

- Maintain accurate complete and correct records as required by law district policy and administrative regulation.
