- Proven experience in screening resumes and job applications to identify the most suitable candidates efficiently.
- Strong interview skills to assess applicants competencies and fit with Podars mission and values.
- Exceptional stakeholder management (Mandatory skill) capabilities to collaborate effectively with internal and external parties.
- Negotiation skills (Mandatory skill) to ensure mutually beneficial hiring terms and conditions for candidates and the organization.
- Expertise in recruitment (Mandatory skill) processes to streamline the hiring of qualified professionals within the education sector.
- Ability to develop and maintain a network of professional contacts to leverage in recruitment activities.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment data and trends for strategic planning.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the recruitment process from job description formulation to onboarding ensuring the selection of candidates aligned with Podars values.
- Manage relationships with educational leaders and department heads to understand recruitment needs and provide a strategic hiring plan.
- Conduct regular followups with department leads and staff to ensure effective delivery of recruitment services.
- Develop a talent pipeline for ongoing needs by actively engaging with potential candidates and networks in the education domain.
- Facilitate negotiation among stakeholders and candidates managing expectations to reach amicable agreements.
- Maintain and report recruitment metrics to the leadership team advising on improvements and addressing potential challenges.
- Stay updated on industry trends and benchmark practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with HR and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and support for new hires.
