Job Summary:
Were looking for a dynamic creative and enthusiastic Events Executive/ Lead to join our team! If youre passionate about organizing fun engaging and memorable activities that boost employee morale teamwork and workplace happiness this is the perfect role for you.
The Events Executive will be responsible for planning and executing a variety of employee engagement initiatives from themed fun days and teambuilding activities to sports events and wellness programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan coordinate and execute engaging inhouse and offsite employee events including:
o Fun Fridays themed days and festive celebrations
o Teambuilding activities and workshops
o Sports tournaments and fitness events
o Annual parties milestone celebrations and more
Collaborate with internal stakeholders HRBPs to understand team needs and create tailored engagement solutions.
Create detailed event plans including timelines budgets resources and logistics.
Promote participation in events in person and also via internal communication channels (emails posters intranet etc.).
Collect feedback postevents and evaluate effectiveness and engagement impact.
Stay updated with trends in employee engagement and bring fresh ideas to the table.
Ability to work in flexible shifts including day and night based on event needs while ensuring smooth transitions between activities and keeping the event on schedule.
Maintain a friendly professional and relaxed attitude making participants feel at ease and fostering a positive event environment.
Must react quickly to any unexpected changes stay calm under pressure and resolve issues on the spot ensuring the event runs smoothly
Skills & Qualifications:
Any Bachelors degree
36 years of experience in event planning preferably in a corporate environment or Events Execution environment.
Excellent organizational time management and multitasking skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills a people person!
Creative flair with attention to detail.
Ability to work flexible hours when events require it.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Canva Trello or event tools is a plus.
