Your future duties and responsibilities:
Direct Responsibilities
Release management Stakeholder management Governance Coordination conflict management reporting training
Environment management Nonproduction incident management coordination of refresh tracking and reporting of issues.
Contributing Responsibilities
Analysis Reporting and SteerCo
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
Bachelors degree in computer science or related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in Release or Environment management in a large and complex organization process
Good understanding of test environment management
Good understanding of Incident Problem & Obsolescence management
Proficient in SDLC and Project Management principles
A good leader with problemsolving attitude
Ability to work independently and under pressure critical thinking to complete tasks and resolve conflicts.
Capacity to challenge the statusquo and convince based on facts
Good Analytical and Presentation Skills to senior management
Proficient in writing process policy documents on release and environment management related processes
Good reporting skills. Knowledge in Power BI is good to have in release governance landscape.
Specific Qualifications (if required)
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Mandatory Technical Skills
Strong handson any industry release management tool. XL release understanding will be a plus point.
Handson knowledge in ServiceNow
Handson knowledge in JIRA
Handson knowledge in SharePoint & Confluence
Expertise in MS Excel VBA macros knowledge is plus point
ITIL Foundation Certification
Power BI
Communication skills:
Excellent oral & written skills.
Effective leadership planning and organization skills
Excellent presentation skills
Nice to have:
Experience/knowledge of CI/CD
Experience/knowledge of Cloud
Certification in Project Management or Scrum
