About the team:
Paytm Ads is Paytms digital advertising vertical that offers innovative ad solutions to clients across industries It offers advertisers the opportunity to engage with 300Mn users who interact with over 200 payment & retail services online and offline offered on the Paytm app. Paytm Ads maps the user transactions to their lifestyle choices and creates customized segmentation cohorts for sharp shooting ad campaigns to the most relevant TG.
About the Role:
Were seeking a Creative Design Lead to own and drive the visual communication strategy for inapp ad campaigns marketing collaterals and innovation projects across the Paytm Ads ecosystem.
As the Creative Design Lead youll manage endtoend design responsibilities from stakeholder communication and creative strategy to handson design execution and team management. Youll collaborate crossfunctionally with business marketing and product teams to deliver highimpact performanceoriented creatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Direction & Execution
Lead the design development for inapp ad creatives banners videos and marketing briefs into strong visual concepts aligned with brand and campaign goals.
Manage and mentor a team of junior designers providing feedback and quality with internal stakeholders category teams account managers and product owners to align on campaign objectives and timelines.
Design marketing collaterals including case studies sales decks social media creatives and video on campaigns tailored for both merchants and consumers across categories.
Lead biweekly A/B testing of creatives and derive learnings from ad performance metrics like CTR and ecpm.
Contribute to developing creative guidelines and templates for Paytms selfserve ad design processes and maintain consistency in visual language.
Qualifications:
810 years of experience in creative or visual design with at least 12 years in a lead or managerial role.
Basic knowledge of motion/animation is a plus.
Excellent communication and project management skills.Experience working with external clients or brand teams.
