Business Analyst
Location: Gurgaon/Chennai
We are seeking a Business Analyst with 8 years of experience in Automation including 6 years as an RPA business analyst. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing business requirements to inform future state design supporting teams in understanding the requirements and building and maintaining positive working relationships with stakeholders and thirdparty suppliers across multiple franchises and functions.
Responsibilities:
- Capture validate and document business and system requirements in line with key strategic principles.
- Interact with customers key stakeholders and the team to obtain and document functional and nonfunctional needs.
- Analyze existing system documentation to summarize existing system functionality.
- Support the identification of team priorities based on feedback from customers and key stakeholders.
Skills:
- Hold an appropriate business analyst certification such as BAX CPRE or CBAP.
- Possess an analytical mindset strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Good understanding of Agile values principles and methodologies with experience working within an Agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to peers and management.
Preferred Skill Combination: Previous experience in automation on Workday and ServiceNow integration.
