You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailPlan schedule and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for all plant equipment (pumps valves reactors heat exchangers etc.)
Troubleshoot mechanical electrical and instrumentation issues and recommend longterm solutions.
Develop and maintain maintenance procedures and documentation in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Collaborate with operations engineering and safety teams to support production goals and minimize downtime.
Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental regulations including hazardous material handling.
Manage maintenance records spare parts inventory and vendor relationships.
Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
Contribute to capital projects and equipment upgrades including design installation and commissioning.
Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for tracking work orders inspections and equipment history.
Train and mentor maintenance technicians as needed.
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Electrical or Chemical Engineering (or related field).
2 8 years of maintenance experience in a chemical or process manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of rotating equipment pressure systems and plant utilities.
Familiarity with maintenance tools predictive maintenance techniques and CMMS software.
Understanding of safety standards such as OSHA PSM and HAZOP.
Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
