About the role
Are you a natural organiser with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and seeing projects through from start to finish Were looking for a proactive and detailoriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic Delivery Operations team.
In this role youll be the key point of contact for customers throughout multiproduct delivery journeysensuring that every stage runs smoothly on time and to a high standard. Youll collaborate across engineering procurement scheduling and delivery teams to coordinate small to mediumsized projects supporting the seamless execution of our technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact for customers throughout delivery.
- Coordinate small to midsized projects ensuring timely and highquality completion.
- Track progress manage updates and resolve customer queries.
- Schedule engineers and allocate resources effectively.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Monitor budgets risks and escalate issues when needed.
- Support account managers and mentor junior team members.
- Provide general administrative support to the Delivery team.
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For
Were seeking a highly organised and customerfocused Project Coordinator with experience in Telecoms or IT managed services. Youll be a proactive team player with excellent communication skills capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure.
You should bring strong attention to detail confidence using Microsoft Office and a solid understanding of project coordination budgeting and commercial drivers. The ability to collaborate across teams problemsolve quickly and maintain a positive cando attitude is key.
