Role Overview
As CRO you will report directly to the CEO and serve as a core member of the executive team responsible for building scaling and optimizing revenuegenerating operations across the organization. You will define the commercial vision and support the performance of our sales partnerships and customer success functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and improve all functions and processes related to revenuegenerating functions and drive the global revenue strategy.
- Optimize the entire revenue funnel from lead generation to customer retention ensuring efficiency and performance at every stage.
- Implement bestinclass CRM and performance measurement tools to drive datadriven decisionmaking.
- Develop systems to report on revenue performance forecasting and commercial KPIs to the CEO and board.
Develop a deep understanding of our customers markets and channels to identify new commercial opportunities.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
- 510 years of work experience in both formal environments such as consulting as well as revenue leadership roles (such as RevOps) in fastgrowing venturebacked startups.
- Experience or international consumer businesses is a big plus.
- Proven track record of scaling the revenue function of companies with productmarket fit from Series A to preIPO.
- Strong leadership background in working with distributed teams across sales customer success.
- Deep understanding of CRM and sales enablement tools as well as an understanding of how to drive sales performance with AI.
- Analytical and datadriven with exceptional forecasting budgeting and commercial modeling capabilities.
- Experience launching and optimizing GTM strategies across global markets.
- Passion for education accessibility and making global impact through digital innovation.
- Fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
