The Opportunity:
The Scottish Sensory Centre (SSC) at Moray House School of Education and Sport is inviting applications for a Grade UE06 Administrator to support the effective and efficient operation of the Centre. SSCs national remit is to promote and disseminate effective practice and innovation in the education of children and young people with a range of sensory impairments.
The Scottish Sensory Centre Administrator will proactively undertake general administration management of communications event organisation and financial administration of core work related projects training and subscription services: this includes the management of transactions preparation of regular reports including reporting to the funder(s). They will maintain project finance records monitor income and expenditure forecast financial position and administer the budgets in liaison with the RKEI Service/MHSES Finance Business Partner.
This post is advertised as fulltime (35 hours per week) we are open to discussing a flexible working pattern. We are also open to considering requests for hybrid working (on a noncontractual basis) that combines a mix of remote and regular oncampus working.
The postholder will organise and oversee administrative support staff and develop and implement processes involved in the operation of the SSC course programme events organisation and activities using University systems and developed inhouse practices.
This post is Fixed Term until 31 March 2026.
The salary for this post is 34132 to 39355 per annum.
