Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Windows Administrator to manage maintain and support our Windowsbased systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have handson experience in system administration user support security configuration and performance tuning in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install configure and maintain Windows Servers (2012/2016/2019/2022).

  • Manage Active Directory Group Policy DNS DHCP and other core services.

  • Administer and maintain user accounts permissions and access rights.

  • Perform system monitoring backup and disaster recovery planning.

  • Troubleshoot hardware software and networking issues on Windows platforms.

  • Apply security patches and system updates regularly to maintain system integrity.

  • Maintain system documentation standard operating procedures and configurations.

  • Support virtualization environments (e.g. HyperV VMware).

  • Collaborate with network application and security teams to ensure smooth operations.

  • Manage and monitor Windowsbased applications and services (IIS SQL Server etc.).

  • Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies and security standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.

  • 3 years of experience in Windows System Administration.

  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory DNS DHCP and GPOs.

  • Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.

  • Familiarity with backup and recovery solutions.

  • Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP firewalls VPN etc.).

  • Excellent problemsolving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate (or similar).

  • Experience with Office 365 Exchange and Azure Active Directory.

  • Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.

  • Experience in managing SCCM WSUS and other deployment tools.

Work Environment:

  • Hybrid / Onsite depending on business needs.

  • Must be available for oncall support and afterhours maintenance when necessary.
