Target profile: Masters degree in Finance with strong Finance Forensic & Audit background 6 to 8 years experience in forensic investigations or internal audit Fluent English and French additional languages a plus.

This leading international group is strengthening its ethics and compliance capabilities. To support this ambition we are recruiting a Manager of Forensic Investigations a trusted and sharp investigator able to lead sensitive cases and safeguard the companys integrity.
Your mission Uncover the facts assess the risks act with independence and contribute to building a culture of transparency and accountability at the highest level.
What you will do:
- Lead internal complex investigations (into fraud corruption conflicts of interest ESGrelated concerns or other alerts reported via internal whistleblowing channels).
- Analyze financial flows operational data and internal documentation with precision and critical thinking.
- Conduct interviews and compile factbased reports for senior leadership with clear and actionable insights.
- Collaborate closely with Internal Audit Legal HR IT and Operations while maintaining an independent posture and as needed with any external supports appointed to assist complex investigations.
- Recommend remediation measures and/or internal control enhancements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and enhancement of the Groups ethics and compliance framework and teams.
- Share and train the compliance team as well as others functions inside the group used as part of investigations teams.
What were looking for:
- A strong track record in internal audit and forensic investigations financial control (ideally with exposure to ethical or integrity matters).
- A structured analytical and curious mindset with strong business acumen.
- Solid financial expertise combined with sound judgment and interpersonal maturity.
- A strong appetite and expertise of using analytics tools and datas and possibly developing them for internal purposes (expertise in ERP environment; AI financial and accounting tools/databases etc)
- A strong appetite for complex multicultural environments undergoing transformation.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French (additional languages are a plus).
- A genuine commitment to ethics confidentiality and longterm responsibility.
- Adaptability in organization model of the Group.
