ISS FWW ist der fhrende deutsche FondsdatenLieferant und gehrt seit dem Jahr 2019 zum ISSSTOXX.
Mit den Daten aus der FWWFondsdatenbank untersttzt FWWFondsberater und Anleger dabei fundierte Anlageentscheidungen zu treffen.
Wir suchen ab sofort fur den Ausbau unseres Teams in Haar bei Mnchen Customer Success Data Manager (m/w/d) in Teil oder Vollzeit.
Sie helfen unseren Kunden dabei die Fonddaten von der Fondsgesellschaft in geregelten Formaten zu ISS FWW zu bermitteln.
Dazu bedarf es der schriftlichen und telefonischen Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden.
Auerdem sind Sie verantwortlich fr die Koordination und Uberwachung der Pflege von Daten und Dokumenten zu Investmentfonds.
Ihr Profil:
Genaue selbststndige und zuverlssige Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualittsanspruch
Offene kommunikative Art
Spa am Austausch mit Kunden
Teamfhigkeit
Logisches kundenorientiertes und lsungsorientiertes Denken
Technisches Grundverstndnis
Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung / After Sales
Interesse am Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und hohe Eigenmotivation
Deutsch und Englisch in Sprache und Schrift
Idealerweise Erfahrungen/Ausbildung im Finanzbereich
