Job Description
As an Engineering Manager you will manage a team of seven expert Backend Software Engineers responsible for the Authentication Platform tools.
You will:
Motivate coach and manage a crosscountry team of expert Backend Software Engineers
Plan prioritize and implement your product roadmap in collaboration with Product Managers and stakeholders
Foster the adoption of key engineering best practices to improve the quality and reliability of the teams deliverables
To thrive in a technical environment:
Languages: Typescript
Knowledge of authentication systems
Cloud: AWS Lambda AWS Serverless
Infrastructure as Code tools: Terraform Cloudformation
Automation development: Jenkins CircleCI
Qualifications :
You have previous experience managing a team of technical experts
You have significant experience in authenticationrelated topics
You have leadership based on trust and the success of your team. You are a good communicator and a team player.
You have the ability to adapt to the most effective technologies to solve problems.
