Your mission
RESPONSABILITY OF THE POSITION
Sales role:
Liaise between Medical Reps and Marketing teams to help create a good communication channel.
Share feedback from the field to marketing on time and be the contact point in case of requests from marketing to the (Medical Reps)
Liaise between VMs and Operations: and help solve any issues related to samples car stock orders etc
Follow up with the team on requests from HO or Medical director to ensure execution on time.
Attend all marketing sales monthly meetings and be the notes keeper.
NSM/RSM: Participate in the preparation of internal National and Regional sales meetings
Marketing role:
Manage PFD grassroot marketing initiatives and collaborate with other internal departments to ensure the best execution
Prepare brand briefs and work close with external stakeholders like consultants and agencies.
Assist the marketing and sales director in managing PFD portfolio and developing of brands marketing plan providing medical reps team with the needed detailing tools and materials and budget tracking
Analysis of the performance of the brands and the market and use generated reports to identify marketing opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS
- BS degree in marketing or relevant field
- Successful work experience as a marketing associate junior product manager or similar position
- Strong working knowledge of marketing and sales of dermocosmetics & pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent computer skills Microsoft Word Excel and Powerpoint.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Bilingual (EN/FR)
- Team player and high ability and willingness to learn

- Temporary position approximately 13 months Full time (37.5 hours per week)
