Job Description

12 Month Fixed Term Contract FullTime 80 hours per fortnight

Monday to Friday 10.00 1830

12month contract starting Mid to late June 2025

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our customer excellence team on a fixedterm 80 hour fortnight contract. Youll be working at our Urgent Care Unit as well as across all our Customer Excellence departments from Monday to Friday between 10.00 1830

Job Share possible.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Provide a high standard of clerical and administrative support to the nursing setting as required.
  • Screening and responding to a range of confidential requests and enquiries that come through our department ensuring timely and appropriate follow up
  • Establish maintain and update computerised office and information management systems applicable to the service.
  • Greeting and assisting clients in a professional and prompt manner
