  • Salary:RN/M2A $103353 $110497 p.a. (Pro rata) Superannuation and Salary Sacrifice Benefits
  • Multiple Parttime positions available (part time hours to be negotiated) working over a 7 day roster

In this parttime ongoing role youll be a vital part of our Emergency Department team at the Mt Barker Hospital within the Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network. Your expertise and leadership will shape the delivery of exceptional patient care in a fastpaced environment.

As an Associate Nurse Unit Manager youll provide nursing services with a level of experience and proficiency that sets you apart. Youll be accountable for maintaining high practice standards guiding less experienced staff and promoting continuity of care in collaboration with the Nursing/Midwifery Unit Manager.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Nurse/Midwife Unit Manager in implementing practice changes and undertaking ward/unit/service management tasks such as performance management recruitment staffing leave management rostering work allocation attendance management financial planning and supply monitoring.
  • Promoting consistency and continuity of care in collaboration with other Associate Nurse Unit Managers and the Nurse/Midwife Unit Manager.

To succeed in this role you must be registered as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and hold or be eligible to hold a current practicing certificate.
