We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Disability Services Manager to lead a portfolio of Homeservices in theSunshine Coast region. You will guide your teams in assisting clients according to their NDIS plans and goals with our services operating 24 hours a day 7 days per week. This key role involves not only overseeing operations but also guiding and motivating a dedicated team.

We have a Fixed Term Maternity Leave contract and a Permanent Full Time position availableoffering a chance to make a lasting impact on our community and foster growth within your team.

Your strong leadership will create and maintain a personcentred team environment where your team will identify and solve problems to ensure that the people we are supporting are living their best lives and fulfilling their personal and other goals.

Other duties will include:

• Maintaining knowledge of Endeavour Foundations full suite of service offerings and implement strategies to identify and maximise opportunities to increase revenue and profitability.
• Leading guiding and supporting direct reportsin the resolution of escalations and concerns from families/carers/advocates.
• Developing and retaining a qualified workforce within the Portfolio to ensure teams are committed to personcentric supports social inclusion and establishing a professional relationship with individuals.
• Building the portfolio as a centre of excellence in the provision of disability accommodation services.
• Encouraging innovative and integrated approaches to improving the quality of service and streamlining work processes.

What you will bring to the role

• Minimum qualification of a bachelors degree in human services or related field.
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of theNational Standards Disability ServicesandQuality & Safeguarding Framework funding and organisational structure.
• Minimum 2 years proven experience successfully managing a diverse team.
• Demonstrated experience in coaching individuals to provide person centred supports including to people with complex requirements to achieve set outcomes and desired behaviours within the workplace.
• Experience with successfully managing sitebased services within a related industry such as the Disability Sector.
• Outstanding phone manner and ability to be contactable in emergency/crisis situations within standard business operating hours.
• A current drivers licence and a reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance as local travel will be required.
