- $80000 $85000 super
- Perth CBD
- 1 day working from home (following probation)
- Flexible hours (38 hour week)
Role Requirements
We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented finance professional with:
- At least 3 years experience in a similar role
- Strong financial reporting and monthend processing skills
- A proactive approach to process improvement and analysis
- Excellent Excel skills and experience with large ERP systems
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a collaborative finance team
- Currently studying CPA or CA (this is essential)
Job Description
- Support the monthend close including journal preparation accruals and balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist with management reporting and variance analysis
- Provide financial insights to support business decisionmaking
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders across the business
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes
- Assist with process improvement initiatives and system upgrades
