The job:
You are a senior practitioner and therefore we want you to bring to extensive knowledge and experience to the role so you can guide and support others in the team. Anglicare Victoria provides foster care for children and young people who are temporarily unable to live at home. Anglicare Victoria is the States largest provider of out of home care and plays a vital role in protecting children and young people by ensuring they have a safe stable and nurturing home while their family cannot care for them.
Key responsibilities include: direct casework with children their families and their carers case management responsibilities facilitating contact between children and their families liaising with external agencies and professionals participating in staff meetings participating in regular supervision with Team Leader and attending Professional Development opportunities.
