Join Our Team as a Housekeeping Associate!
Primary Purpose:As a Housekeeping Associate youll be a key player in creating exceptional experiences for our guests by ensuring cleanliness and comfort in public areas through friendly and timely service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain Cleanliness:Ensure guest rooms and public areas are spotless including:
- Removing used linens and terry
- Disinfecting hightouch surfaces
- Cleaning bathrooms glass and mirrors
- Remaking beds with fresh linens
- Replenishing supplies in rooms
- Emptying wastebaskets and managing trash disposal
- Operate Equipment:Safely operate and maintain laundry and cleaning equipment.
- Organize Supplies:Stock storage and service carts with necessary supplies.
- Uphold Standards:Maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness in all work areas.
- Assist & Train:Help train new associates and support ongoing development.
- Deep Cleaning:Participate in deep cleaning and maintenance tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Prior housekeeping or relevant cleaning experience is preferred.
- Experience in customer service is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Flexible availability for day shifts evenings weekends and holidays.
