About the Role:
As the Parts Manager youll be responsible for setting up and leading the entire parts department. From inventory systems to vendor relationships and team management youll be the goto expert in building a seamless highperforming operation.
What Youll Do:
Establish and manage parts inventory from day one
Hire and lead the parts team as we grow
Collaborate with service and sales departments for smooth internal operations
Maintain strong vendor relationships and accurate ordering
Build a customerfirst experience as we establish our base
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience as a Parts Manager or in a senior parts role (Mazda experience a plus)
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Solid knowledge of parts inventory systems and OEM processes
Selfstarter mindset and enthusiasm for building something new
Teamoriented positive attitude
