Use the Great Plains and/or E21 system to keep track of product and inventory levels as well as locating product throughout BPO.
- Conducts cycle counts at prescribed intervals and audits material locations and inventory balances.
- Achieve and maintain cycle count measurables.
- Create count sheets to conduct inventory audits record batch IDs/Control #s enter counted items enter inventory corrections and post cycle count results.
- Analyze count variances of materials components and product.
- Develop and implement action plans to reduce and prevent inventory discrepancies.
- Assist in the development of improvement opportunities.
- Proactively communicate inventory accuracy with supervisors group leader material coordinator and production associates
- Special projects may be added as needed to support inventory accuracy initiatives.
- Maintain housekeeping and organization of work area.
- Safely operate forklift/scissor lift and properly locate material as necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
- High School Graduate/HSE or equivalent manufacturing experience
- No Felony conviction in past 7 years
- Excellent written and verbal communication as well as interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to work with others.
- Good computer skills with Great Plains and or E21 experience preferred.
- Attention to detail.
- Manage ambiguity while working through stressful situations.
- Ability to analyze data.
- Ability to obtain forklift and scissor lift license.

- While performing the duties of this job the associate works around mechanical hazards noise and or vibration daily. Extreme temperatures wetness / humidity and being outdoors.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
- Ability to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
- Ability to run respective inventory system (Great Plains E21 MES etc.).
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions short correspondence and memos. Ability to complete daily PreUse Inspection Sheets.
