Job Description
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Oracle Supply Chain Functional Experts to play a key role in optimizing operations and maximizing the value of the Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) system. They have several openings for Oracle Supply Chain Solutions Architects/Consultants/Specialists/SMEs. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of supply chain from procurement and inventory management to logistics and transportation.
The position is 100% REMOTE however you must currently reside in the USA and there is NO SPONSORSHIP available.
It is mandatory that you have experience working for an Oracle Consulting Firm/Oracle Partner.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to identify and qualify new suppliers.
Manage supplier relationships and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Develop and maintain inventory management processes to ensure optimal stock levels.
Forecast demand and plan production schedules to meet customer requirements.
Manage logistics and transportation operations to ensure ontime delivery of goods.
Leverage Oracle Supply Chain export functionality to extract and analyze data for improved decisionmaking.
Analyze supply chain data and report on key performance metrics.
Develop and maintain a risk management plan for the supply chain.
Lead and mentor team members responsible for supply chain operations.
Qualifications :
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle supply chain management .Solid Oracle consulting experience is required
Your experience must include full life cycle projects both onprem and cloud.
Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and best practices.
Indepth knowledge of Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) applications particularly Order Management Inventory Pricing and Purchasing
Experience with exporting and importing data from Oracle SCM systems
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
