Job Description
- Greet and tour prospective residents.
- Promote available units and amenities via online platforms signage and outreach.
- Explain lease terms application requirements and pricing.
- Processes and maintains accurate resident files both tax credit/affordable and conventional.
- Works closely with the Property Manager and maintenance team to ensure quality work is completed
- Assists with recertifications renewals and retention efforts
- Understand and communicate lease provisions and community policies to new and current residents.
- Assists applicant with the application process both tax credit/affordable and conventional.
- Creates and updates waitlist
- Completes any daily weekly or monthly reports assigned by Property Manager
- Ensuring resident satisfaction through effective communication and proactive issue resolution.
- Conduct movein/moveout inspections with residents
Qualifications :
- One year of leasing experience minimum. Required
- Strong understanding of LIHTC regulations income limits and compliance rules. Required
- Knowledge of Property Management software: Yardi Preferred
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) Preferred
- Knowledge of affordable housing/government programs
- Excellent customer service: someone who can navigate all types of situations
- Attention to detail
- Understands and complies with state landlordtenant law Fair Housing laws and CalOSHA
- Knowledge of Excel Word Document and Outlook
- Works well under pressure and maintains a positive friendly attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills: ability to communicate effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
Additional Information :
The Pines at Castle Rock (30024)
$19$22/hr DOE
Saturdays required; Sundays and one other weekday off; 8a to 5p
