Job Summary Were hiring Executive Recruiters who can immediately engage with veterinary clients and candidates to fill leadership-level roles. If you have strong relationships with decision-makers understand how to position top-level talent and know how to close senior placements fast-we want you on the team.
Responsibilities - Source and place senior-level professionals in roles like Hospital Administrators CMOs Regional Directors and Specialists-in-Chief
- Tap into your network and proactively headhunt leadership candidates in the veterinary space
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from prospecting to negotiation and placement
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients understanding their business needs and aligning them with the right leaders
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with executives and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with the Wulf team to refine sourcing strategies and meet hiring targets efficiently
- Stay sharp on compensation trends organizational shifts and emerging leadership demands in the veterinary industry
Requirements - Proven experience placing executive-level talent preferably in healthcare or veterinary sectors
- Strong industry network with access to passive and active leadership candidates
- In-depth understanding of organizational structures leadership competencies and market trends
- Ability to deliver quickly without sacrificing quality
- Independent results-driven and entrepreneurial mindset
- Skilled in negotiation executive communication and relationship-building
- Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter ATS/CRM platforms and modern sourcing tools
