Job Description
Logistics Analyst
Supports & executes the implementation of the Logistics Strategic Plan across all crossdocks and manufacturing locations in North America. Standardizes data and material flow processes to drive efficiency and deliver value through optimization efforts. Focus will be to standardize and commonize process flow for all interrelated locations to effect improvements in supply continuity mitigate supply risk and reduce network miles through optimization and increase asset utilization.
What youll do:
- Assess the connectivity between manufacturing plants crossdocks and the multiple disparate systems to identify efficiency opportunities.
- Leverage IT initiatives and business expertise/insights to optimize processes enhance systems and drive adoption.
- Understand underlying master data across all systems & applications.
What is required:
- Bachelors degree in supply chain management or equivalent at a minimum
- 3 years of related experience solid understand of supply chain management (data and material flow) as well as applications utilized to drive efficiencies (TMS WMS MRP Scanning etc.) with focus in Automotive/Manufacturing environment.
- English proficiency needed Spanish knowledge would be great.
- Willingness to travel 1020% of the time
