Summary:
Cleans and maintains all areas of the Foodservice Department according to safety sanitation and infection control standards.Responsibilities:
Cleans and maintains carts and kitchen equipment using proper techniques and cleaning with internal policies and procedures as well as regulatory requirements/standards regarding kitchen safety and transport carts deliver meal trays or pick up meal trays from assigned collects and disposes of all food related and recyclable waste/ warewashing duties per safety guidelines. Can include but is not limited to: dishmachine and three compartment pot sink.Competencies:
