Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud PPM specialist to manage and optimize project portfolio management processes within Oracle Cloud. The role involves configuring and supporting Oracle PPM solutions ensuring alignment with business needs and improving project lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle Cloud PPM modules a strong understanding of project management principles and the ability to drive process improvements and system enhancements.
Responsibilities
Configure implement and support Oracle Cloud Project Portfolio Management (PPM) modules.
Provide expert guidance on best practices for Oracle Cloud PPM including Project Financial Management Project Execution Management and Project Resource Management.
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements analyze workflows and customize solutions within Oracle Cloud.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Cloud PPM applications.
Assist in the integration of Oracle Cloud PPM with other enterprise systems ensuring seamless data flow and consistency.
Ensure compliance with project governance processes and reporting requirements.
Provide training and support to endusers to ensure optimal use of Oracle Cloud PPM features.
Continuously monitor the system and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Assist in system upgrades patches and enhancements to ensure the platform remains aligned with business needs.
Generate reports and analytics to support decisionmaking for project portfolios and management.
Qualifications
Strong experience with Oracle Cloud PPM modules (Project Financial Management Project Execution Management etc.).
Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall).
Handson experience in configuring and implementing Oracle Cloud applications.
Strong problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues in Oracle Cloud PPM.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Certification in Oracle Cloud PPM or related Oracle Cloud applications is a plus.
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud or other integration tools is a plus.
