The Preventative Maintenance (PM) Planner will perform a variety of technical and business tasks in support of production factories or programs. This individual will manage multiple pieces of equipment and the associated tasks listed below are necessary in order maintain compliance to FAR and NAVSEA requirements.
What You Will Do
Track the status of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and Below the Hook (BTH) items across multiple programs and plant sites
Coordinate item entry to the tracking database with factory and laboratory management and personnel to ensure accuracy and compliance
Research items that are new or found to determine eligibility for tracking and preventative maintenance needs
Coordinate with PM technicians on daily and weekly tasks and assignments
Track workorder completions ensure accurate closure of operations and work orders and use the data to track metrics on the equipment and factories that are serviced
This will be an onsite role at our Tucson AZ facility
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a degree in Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and less than 2 years prior relevant experience.
Experience in Supply Chain Production and/or and Planning Control
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
Experience with Government and Depot type processes
Experience reading and evaluating lists of equipment required for production work and working with a production planning system
Previous experience interfacing collaborating and communicating with all levels of an organization as well as with a large internal customer base to accomplish tasks.
Experience working with MS Office applications including but not limited to Word Excel (to include formula application and pivot tables) and PowerPoint
