As a Forensic Psychological Services Associate you will address psychiatric issues to ensure the effective management of referralrelated forensic cases. Your clinical decisions will involve selecting the most appropriate psychological treatment interventions determining the structure and focus of therapy sessions and customizing positive reinforcement programs to meet the needs of individual patients or specific wards. In this position you will perform initial assessments of new admissions evaluate their treatment needs and develop and implement therapy programs tailored to those needs. You can expect to complete all necessary documentation in compliance with departmental and regulatory standards. Additionally you will participate in forensic building meetings and supervisory sessions to stay up to date with forensic policies and procedures.
