What Youll Do:
- Identify Prospects: Compile and visit a list of potential customers to spark interest in vehicle lease programs.
- Explain Leasing Benefits: Clearly communicate the advantages of leasing to customers.
- Develop Proposals: Utilize our leasing company proposal and marketing materials.
- Calculate Charges: Compute leasing charges based on contract length mileage and taxes.
- Prepare Contracts: Send leasing contracts to the appropriate parties.
- Maintain Logs: Organize and maintain a customer visit log.
- Monitor Needs: Communicate customer needs and requests to the relevant departments.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all federal state and local regulations regarding vehicle sales leasing and rentals.
- Report: Prepare business transaction and expense reports.
What Were Looking For:
- Communication Skills: Effective oral and written communication.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook.
- Organizational Skills: Strong managerial and organizational abilities.
- Customer Service: Superior customer service skills.
- Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelors Degree preferred.
- Numerical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts.
