A DAY IN THE CLASSROOM
As a Preschool Teacher.
- Collaborate with coteachers to create high quality experiences for the children in your class
- Meaningful experiences include time in our art studio taking children to the farm to feed the goats cooking with fresh food from the greenhouse
- Fostering meaningful social experiences between students as they are learning to develop friendships
- Partnering with parents and families in our community to best support all the children in our school
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
This is a fulltime yearround position with an hourly range of $17.10 $24.98 per hour commensurate with experience and education. Please note the hourly range for Teacher Assistants is $17.1020.46 and the hourly range for Teachers is $20.5824.98. Employee benefits currently include health insurance (medical dental and vision) with access to a health savings account (HSA) with generous employer contributions a 403(b) retirement savings plan with immediate vesting and an employer match up to 4% voluntary disability life and accident insurance substantial staff discounts as well as plentiful time off (vacation sick holidays).
The anticipated closing date for this position is October 3 2025.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Our teachers work together in a coteaching team while performing regular duties. You will be required to sit stand reach walk or kneel and to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. Reasonable accommodations will be made for individuals with disabilities.
