OVERVIEW AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

The Training Specialist is responsible for creating and delivering training materials tutorials instructions and learning resources such as online modules and guides. The DCI Training Specialist is a confident public speaker and a devoted educator who is uptodate on the latest tools and resources.

  • Conduct training sessions for customers and internal teams. Deliver training in various formats including inperson virtual webinars recorded and online courses
  • Develop and maintain detailed user manuals technical guides release notes and online help content
  • Create clear concise comprehensive tutorials FAQs and howto guides
  • Develop and maintain Help Center documentation including collaboration with internal and external resources for training videos.
  • Design develop and maintain a database of training materials including presentations videos and elearning modules
  • Create training manuals and guides for endusers and internal staff
  • Develop and deliver customer training for implementations and upon request; training should be delivered within the context of the customers implementation and configuration plan
  • Maintain expertise in the DCI user interface and core operational workflows
  • Maintain familiarity with the customer industry to evaluate workflows and design/deliver training
  • Stay uptodate on the latest tools and resources
  • Evaluate the user and workflow impact of new features and functionality; determine and deliver the appropriate training and communication
  • Review edit and test documentation and training materials for accuracy clarity and consistency. Ensure all content complies with company standards and industry best practices
  • Perform all other jobrelated duties as assigned
  • ALL Acumen employees will be vigilant to support the positive compliant cybersecurity company posture by familiarizing themselves with all policies procedures standards and guidelines and act accordingly.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in education business information technology or related field or 6 years of industry experience
  • 1 years experience as a trainer corporate training specialist or related position
  • Proficient computer skills Microsoft Office Suite (Word PowerPoint Outlook and Excel) and instructional software
  • Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms
  • Strict adherence to company philosophy/mission statement/sales goals
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
  • Able to multitask prioritize and manage time efficiently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong public speaking ability
  • Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
