ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creates and ensures a funfilled and exciting work environment where the execution of Fast and Flawless service is paramount.
- Prepares Casino Cage shift summaries and reconciles accountability.
- Reports any irregularities to the Cage Shift Manager.
- Responsible for activities in the Casino Cage.
- Endorses the business objectives ethics and values of Horseshoe Casino Hammond.
- Acts as a role model to other employees and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the same.
- Adheres to all regulatory company and department policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
